Thanksgiving Poetry

God of all, we give thanks to Thee:
For the grace you shed that we
Might: live and breathe
Have shelter and covering
Things to drink and eat
Most of all for friends and family
And those we love dearly.
May we free
Those we hold as enemies.

God of all: may we
Do our best for Thee
In our festivities
And most of all, daily.
Allow us to abide in Thee
Treasure Thee
And give charity
To those in need.
Now, to You who are more than all
That we could ever seek,
Allow us to give You honor and glory
Now and throughout eternity.
